When this creature enters, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is your devotion to blue. Seek two nonland cards, then put a card from your hand on the bottom of your library.

Gift a tapped Fish Draw two cards. If the gift was promised, seek two nonland cards instead.

Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card, then put all cards revealed this way into your hand.

If you have no land cards in your hand, seek a land card and a nonland card. Otherwise, seek two nonland cards. (To seek a card, put one at random from your library into your hand.)
