At the beginning of your end step, if you gained life this turn, create a 1/1 white Cat creature token. Then if you have the city's blessing, for each token you control that entered this turn, create a token that's a copy of it.
When you attack with three or more creatures, conjure a card named Mox Ruby into your hand. This ability triggers only once.
{1}{R}: Creatures you control get +1/+0 until end of turn.
{1}{R}: If Kellan is a Scout, it becomes a Human Faerie Detective and gains "Whenever Kellan deals combat damage to a player, exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn."
{2}{R}: If Kellan is a Detective, it becomes a 3/2 Human Faerie Rogue and gains double strike.

When this creature enters, look at target opponent's hand. You may exile a nonland card from it until this creature leaves the battlefield.

When this creature enters, you may pay {2}{R} any number of times. When you pay this cost one or more times, put that many +1/+1 counters on this creature, then exile up to that many target instant and/or sorcery cards with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard and copy them.
