Flying
Whenever Roalesk, Prime Specimen or another permanent you control is turned face up, you may pay {X}. If you do, if X is 1 or more, conjure a duplicate of a random creature card with mana value X into your hand. Cloak it. It gains "{G/U}: Turn this creature face up" for as long as it remains face down.

{2}, {T}: Choose target opponent. Conjure a duplicate of the top card of their library into your hand. It perpetually gains "You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast this spell." Then they exile the top card of their library face down.
When Shoreline Scout enters the battlefield, you may exile a Merfolk card or a land card from your hand. If you do, conjure a card named Tropical Island into your hand.
