Whenever Ragavan deals combat damage to a player, create a Treasure token and exile the top card of that player's library. Until end of turn, you may cast that card. Dash {1}{R} (You may cast this spell for its dash cost. If you do, it gains haste, and it's returned from the battlefield to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step.)

Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player or planeswalker, draw a card. Discard a card: Put a +1/+1 counter on this creature. Exile three cards from your graveyard: This creature gains flying until end of turn.

Delve (Each card you exile from your graveyard while casting this spell pays for {1}.) Flying This creature enters with a +1/+1 counter on it for each instant and sorcery card exiled with it. Whenever an instant or sorcery card leaves your graveyard, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.

Flash When this enchantment enters, draw a card. Creatures lose all abilities. At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice this enchantment.
