When this card is put into your graveyard from your library, shuffle your graveyard into your library.

Draw two cards, then proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
Choose four. You may choose the same mode more than once.
• Create a 2/2 Citizen creature token that's all colors.
• Return target permanent card from your graveyard to your hand.
• Proliferate.
• You gain 4 life.
+2: Ugin deals 3 damage to any target.
−X: Exile each permanent with mana value X or less that's one or more colors.
−10: You gain 7 life, draw seven cards, then put up to seven permanent cards from your hand onto the battlefield.
