At the beginning of your upkeep, scry 2. Whenever you choose to put one or more cards on the bottom of your library while scrying, exile that many cards from the bottom of your library. During your turn, you may play cards exiled with The Temporal Anchor.

You may look at the top card of your library any time. You may play lands and cast spells from the top of your library. Once during each of your turns, you may cast a spell from your hand or the top of your library without paying its mana cost.

Return target creature to its owner's hand. If its mana value was 3 or less, scry 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card on the bottom.)

Surveil 3. (Look at the top three cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.) Flashback {1}{U} (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may tap any number of untapped creatures you control. This spell costs {1} less to cast for each creature tapped this way. Explosive Singularity deals 10 damage to any target.
