Indestructible Whenever Kotis deals combat damage to a player, exile the top X cards of their library, where X is the amount of damage dealt. You may cast any number of spells with mana value X or less from among them without paying their mana costs.

Enchant creature Enchanted creature gets +2/+0 and has trample. (It can deal excess combat damage to the player or planeswalker it's attacking.) When this Aura is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, draw a card.

If one or more +1/+1 counters would be put on a creature you control, that many plus one +1/+1 counters are put on it instead.

Counter target spell. At the beginning of your next main phase, add an amount of {C} equal to that spell's mana value.

This spell costs {2} less to cast if it targets a blue spell. Counter target spell unless its controller pays {3}.
