Master Tarkir: Dragonstorm drafts with top strategies and insights. Achieve consistent wins in MTG's evolving format with data-driven tips for Best of 1.
How to Go Infinite in Tarkir: Dragonstorm Drafts!
Tarkir: Dragonstorm is finally here, and I wanted to share what's been working for me so far—hopefully it helps you get the most out of your own drafts. At the time of writing, I've run about 10 drafts (both on MTGO and Arena), and I've already managed to hit a 7-win finish in five of them. To help break things down, I'll be combining insights from my personal experience with data from 17lands.com, focusing specifically on Premier Draft performance. The goal? To figure out what's winning and how you can draft smarter in this evolving format. How Does Tarkir: Dragonstorm Compare to Other Sets?

Tarkir Dragonstorm: Limited Archetypes Guide!
Tarkir: Dragonstorm's debut on MTG Arena is just around the corner, and as with every new set coming out, you can't miss our usual guide to the limited archetypes, which takes care of giving an overview of how the set is structured. We've already talked in depth about the 7 new mechanics introduced with this new set, but in case you missed it, don't worry, because you can catch up below, and they'll be mentioned again anyway. Tarkir: Dragonstorm's theme is centered on 5 tricolor clans, each of which has its own mechanic that characterizes it.

Aetherdrift: Limited Archetypes Guide!
With the tabletop prerelease already underway and the digital set coming to MTG Arena on February 11, it's time for our usual guide to Aetherdrift's limited archetypes! I've already written a couple of articles on Aetherdrift about the introduction of the 10 racing teams and the limited mechanics, which can be considered as a supplement to this, and I'll leave them here in case you want to delve deeper.

Foundations: Limited Archetypes Guide!
Now that Magic: The Gathering Foundations is fully revealed, we can begin to look at limited, getting familiar with the cards and focusing on the color pairs and what they have in store for us. The paper prerelease will be playable starting this Friday, November 8th, while the digital prerelease on MTG Arena will be available as soon as the new set is imported, scheduled for November 12th. The first thing you need to know to understand the Foundations limited is that this set will exceptionally be legal in Standard for at least the next 5 years, and this obviously affects the quality of the cards. It can't be too high to avoid them monopolizing the format and making it stagnant for years.
Explore the Duskmourn: Limited Archetypes Guide! Dive into MTG's latest set with key strategies and cards for every color pair. Perfect for your next draft!
Duskmourn: Limited Archetypes Guide!
Duskmourn: House of Horror has been fully revealed and it's time for our usual analysis of the archetypes and color pairs for each new set! The prerelease is already playable in paper starting this weekend, while if you are a digital-only player you will have to wait a couple more days as Duskmourn will be available on MTG Arena starting September 24th. There is no time to waste, so let's take courage and venture into the monstrosities of this house of horror like an exploratory group from an 80's movie... Hoping to be one of the protagonists or maybe the cameraman so as not to die!
Explore our initial analysis of Bloomburrow Limited data. Discover key insights, trends, and strategies to boost your MTG draft success!
Bloomburrow Limited: First Look at Data!
Bloomburrow has only been on MTG Arena for a few days, and, while many players still have to get familiar with the new limited, it's a good idea to start analyzing the format and collecting some initial data. In fact, this month's Arena Qualifier Weekend is in Sealed format and it doesn't leave us much time to prepare as it's about to happen soon, on August 10th. Furthermore, if you haven't qualified yet and would like to be, tomorrow (August 3rd) there will be the Play-In Best-of-One, which is most likely preferable to the Best-of-Three because it's slightly easier to qualify. Let's not waste any more time then and dive in! For those who are starting from scratch and haven't had the opportunity to learn the format, I suggest taking a look at the featured article below first, where I show what the color pairs are, the cards for each archetype and some synergies you can have between them.

Bloomburrow: Limited Archetypes Guide!
With Bloomburrow completely revealed for a couple of days now, it's already time to think about the new limited format and find out what awaits us! The prerelease event will be available starting from July 26th, while if you are a digital player on MTG Arena you'll have to wait until July 30th. Bloomburrow is a fairytale world inhabited by animalfolk and in each color pair we find a different main species, characterizing the guild.
Discover strategies and tips for drafting Modern Horizons 3 in our comprehensive primer, part 2. Enhance your MTG draft skills and gain a competitive edge!
Modern Horizons 3 Draft Primer: Part 2!
Welcome Magic lovers! In Part 1 of this series, we spoke about the Modern Horizons 3 limited environment after the first week that it had been available, touching on the pre-eminently powerful archetypes: Eldrazi, energy and aggro. While those strategies are certainly capable of producing the most powerful and difficult to interact with decks in this limited format, that means they're also the most contested. Thus, what does one do when it's clear that energy isn't open after taking that first pick Aether Revolt, or that black is the only color that's being generously passed? Well, fortunately the format is quite deep, meaning there are plenty of oft-underdrafted archetypes that can easily crush a draft pod or 7-0 a limited event on Magic Arena, provided the tools it requires are available and one is incentivized to move into it via a powerful bomb, like the insane Crabomination.
